I am a born-again Christian since February 2003. The most exciting thing that has happened to me since being saved is my hearing was restored. | Thank God for his protection |

This is kind of a praise report. I was on my way to community choir practice yesterday afternoon, when a little boy ran out infront of my car. Of course I slammed on the brakes while my heart pounded with fear for him, but my car quickly came to a stop and the little boy stood infront of it unharmed. I got out of the car to make sure he was alright and realized just how close I came to hitting him. The front of my car was no further than five inches from the little boy. I looked around for his parents but seen no adults anywhere outside. I waited for about five minutes trying to figure out where he belonged, and just as I was getting ready to call the police his father came out of a house about half a block down the road. I heard him yell at the little boy for being in the road "Cody there you are get over here now! You don't come outside without me!" and then his father smiled at me and said "Well you know how 2 year olds are." My heart sank at that moment. It's pretty bad when a 2 YEAR OLD can get outside and be outside for that long with no supervision. I asked God at that moment to touch that family, but at the same time for keeping his hand upon that little boy. I would have been devastated if I would have hit him, but God kept his hand on us both, and I thank him for it.

Wow, thank God for angels and for your insight. You are so mindful. Thank you for the prayers. For the fundraiser, what about having a team go in and do spring cleaning for a donation. $20.00 a bathroom, $25.00 Vacum and Dusting etc...
